Allie Clifton

Allie Clifton, a sports broadcaster for Spectrum Sports Net, is at the end of her fifth year with the Los Angeles Lakers. Allie Clifton has been awarded an Emmy as a sportscaster with over 10 year's experiences in sideline and sports journalistic work. She also has played competitive basketball for over 10 seasons. Allie worked as a sports reporter and reporter for feature stories at ABC Action News 13 (WTVG) while also serving as a color analyst and sideline reporter in the broadcasting of Buckeye Sports' high school college and collegiate basketball, volleyball, and the track and field. Clifton is an Ohio native, who earned diplomas in sports analysis as well as communications and liberal studies from The University of Toledo. Allie Clifton, who enjoyed outstanding high school basketball success at Van Wert High School that included playing as captain of the school's first ever league championship, continued to shine at UT. She was the captain in 2010 for the team, which was part of the Mid-American Conference West Division, in winning the title. Clifton is also a veteran of The Q.
