Anita Barone

Barone starred in The Shoes, an episode of Seinfeld's fourth season as Gail Cunningham, a chef who is looking for Elaine Benes' shoes. Early in the 1990s Barone was a regular on Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone Also, she played the role of the wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends' first episode. Jane Sibbett was her replacement when Barone quit Friends in pursuit of a new role that required longer time.
